How will I receive my ticket?

Your ticket will be sent to the email address you provided on the online ticket order page.

Please note: if there is a high volume of traffic on the website, your email confirmation may be delayed. Please allow time for the email to be sent and check your spam/junk folder before calling 1300 001 774  for further assistance.

Alternatively, if you don’t have an email address, your ticket will be sent to your nominated postal address.
