Yes. Once a winning ticket is drawn, the winning number is recorded, and the ticket is re-entered in the remaining prize draws.
You must be 18 years old, or older, and cannot purchase a ticket under the name of, or for, a minor.
Requests for Refunds can only be made if the corresponding ticket has not been included in any prize draws.
If a refund is requested during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, ACST) your refund will be processed by WCH Foundation within 48 hours. For all requests outside these hours, your refund will be processed within the next two business days. Refunds will not be accepted on or after 27 October 2025. Upon processing a refund, the corresponding ticket(s) will become void.

In the event all tickets are sold by VIP Draw deadline before 11:59pm 11 August 2025, the VIP, Super Early Bird, Early Bird, Bonus Draw and First Prize Draws will be completed on 13 August 2025, subject to licensing authority approval. The first draw would be for the First Prize. The second draw would be for the Super Early Bird Prize. The third draw would be for the Early Bird Prize. The fourth draw would be for the VIP Prize. The fifth draw would be for the Bonus Draw Prize.
In the event all tickets are sold by Super Early Bird deadline before 11:59pm 1 September 2025, the Early Bird, Bonus Draw and First Prize Draws will be completed on 3 September 2025, subject to licensing authority approval. All draws will be conducted at the offices of the Women’s & Children’s Hospital Foundation, Ground Floor 55 King William Road, North Adelaide, SA 5006.
An Auditor or Scrutineer will independently verify the completeness and fairness of the draws.
All winners will receive a phone call from the Women’s & Children’s Hospital Foundation after the prize draw has been completed.
The names of all prize winners will be published and available online at lotterywchf.org.au 24 hours after the draw and all winners will be notified in writing.
All prize winners will be called directly by the Women’s & Children’s Hospital Foundation to plan for prize collection.
