If I want a refund what do I do?

Requests for Refunds can only be made if the corresponding ticket has not been included in any prize draws.

If a refund is requested during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, ACST) your refund will be processed by WCH Foundation within 2 business days. For all requests outside these hours, your refund will be processed within the next two business days. Refunds will not be accepted on or after 28 October 2026. Upon processing a refund, the corresponding ticket(s) will become void.
