If I want a refund what do I do?

Refunds can only be transacted if the corresponding ticket has not been included in any prize draws.

If your ticket has not been included in a draw, please call 1300 001 774 or email us.

If a refund is requested during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, ACST) your refund will be processed within 48 hours. For all requests outside these hours, your refund will be processed within the next two business days.

Please note: it may take three-four business days for funds to be returned to you by your credit card or bank card provider.
